Cocoa Village Marina is the boating public’s waterfront welcome center for Historic Cocoa Village. Located on the western shore of the Indian River at mile marker 897.5, west of the Intracoastal Waterway, Cocoa Village Marina features 117 slips, accommodating vessels up to 110 feet.
Our resort-style marina caters to the recreational boater, area resident, seasonal visitor as well as boat club cruiser. Our unique Membership Plan offers members the ability to purchase a berth for their boat and earn rental income from transient and long-term renters.
The docks at Cocoa Village Marina are built with Ipe, one of the strongest wood materials available that can withstand the pounding of hurricane-force winds. In addition, our docks have a very high tolerance to mold, mildew, and fungus thanks to this exotic hardwood’s natural oils and extreme density.
Cocoa Village Marina is committed to protecting Florida’s sensitive habitat. We are proud to be designated a Clean Marina by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection based on our practices to address waste management through recycling, storm water control, spill prevention and emergency preparedness. To further protect the environment, a pump-out station is provided at every slip.
